General Questions
Q. What are Mini Motoring Graphics made of?
A. Mini Motoring Graphics uses only 3M products for our graphics. Our products are printed on 3M vinyl and laminated for protection. This premium quality vinyl is the same material used for premium full wrap vehicle graphics. We can print on both perforated (series of small holes to allow sunlight in) and non perforated material. Most wraps start on white like a blank canvas.

Q. Will the vinyl wrap damage my car?
A. Our wraps will not damage your car's paint. However, if applying after a new paint job you should wait at least six weeks before applying the vinyl.

Q. How do I care for my graphics once they are installed onto my vehicle?
A. This is a vinyl product and should be cleaned with soap and water. Avoid car washes that use brushes or high pressure. We recommend hand washing. Abrasives should never be used on vinyl. Also, petroleum distillates should not be used on vinyl. Waxes should never be used on vinyl because most waxes contain petroleum distillates, and because wax is a build-up product, holding in the heat absorbed from the sun and accelerating heat damage. No type of oil should be used on vinyl.

Q. My MINI has a sunroof; can I still order rooftop graphics?
A. Yes, MINI Motoring Graphics offers rooftop graphics that cover the sunroof, providing shade when the sunroof is closed. We can also print on a perforated (series of small holes to allow sunlight in) material if you would like for an additional cost.

Q. Do the colors of the graphics on the website match exactly the color of the vinyl I will receive?
A. In most cases you will not see a difference. However, the images on the website are representations of our products. Because of the wide array of monitors and monitor settings we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors that are depicted on the website.

Q. How long will the wraps last on my MINI?
A. The Wraps are designed to be replaceable, but they will last anywhere from 3-5 years

Q. How exactly does ordering MINI Graphics work?
A. You can place your order directly on the website or if you would like you can call or e-mail your order into our sales and customer support team. If ordering by e-mail please include full name, phone number e-mail and the best time to reach you. Some orders especially custom ones require a personal touch and we always like to hear from you!

Q. Am I able to custom order my own design?
A. Absolutely, please see the customized order specifications area on the site. You will be able to upload your own creation, and we will manufacture it and send it to you. If you have other questions about our customization process please contact us.

Q. Will the vinyl leave a residue when I remove the graphics?
A. It will not leave any residue. However, if you are putting it on an antique paint job you should test a discreet area, to make sure that any surface oxidation doesn't leave a residue form the vinyl adhesive.

Q. I live in a very sunny and hot climate; will the graphics fade in these conditions?
A. All of our designs are covered with a clear over laminate. This material adds durability to the product and lessens the effects of UV light on the material. However, there are many variables involved such as where the vehicle is parked, if it is washed regularly, and was it installed properly. 3M provides warranty information on their materials against fading and cracking when the application is performed within their specification. Q. What do MINI Graphics cost?
A. A set of three badges start at 14.99 dollars + shipping all the products on the website have prices listed next to them. For a full price list of all our products please call or e-mail us to send you one.

Q. What parts of the MINI can I customize?
A. We do everything from A panels and interiors to full car wraps. Our catalog of products also includes stripes, panel stripes, sun roof graphics and full roof graphics. We also have limited edition kits such as the very popular Woody kit and Arrow kit.

Q. What if I want to get bunch of wraps for my MINI club, can I get a discount on bulk orders?

Q. What is the return policy at MINIMotoringGraphics.com?
A. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the product shipped does not match the order received, and for defects in the vinyl. A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will receive an email confirmation along with a copy of the order.

Q. I live outside the USA can I still buy MINI graphics?
A. We do not currently ship graphics outside the United States

Q. How long should I expect to wait after ordering until I get my order?
A. Typically packages take 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. Please allow extra time for holiday seasons.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Everything is shipped USP (For Tracking Purposes)

Website Questions

Q. I've found graphics I like on the website but don't see the color I want it in or want to remove or add something?
A. Please call or E-mail us to place your order and tell us exactly what you want changed, added or removed. Most small changes can be made with little to no additional cost.

Q. I've forgotten my password, how can I log in?
A. A. If you've forgotten your password and are unable to login to the website please visit the Forgot Password page: here. Upon completion of the form found on the Forgot Password page, we will send you can email to the email address on file containing a password reset authorization code and further instructions for resetting your password.

Installation Questions

Q. Where do I get my personalized graphics installed?
A. MINIMotoringGraphics.com strongly recommends you use someone from our list of professional installers. These individuals are all certified and trained to do vinyl installations. We would hate for you to try and do an installation on your own and be unhappy with the result. MINI Cooper Wraps do include installation instructions for those who prefer to do it themselves but we cannot be held liable for any mistakes during the installation or costs associated with replacement graphics due to mistakes in installation. Q. What happens if the installer or I damage a piece of product during installation?
A. It is not the responsibility of MINIMotoringGraphics.com if you damage any of the products once you receive it. However, MINIMotoringGraphics.com will sell you replacement pieces at a discounted cost within 30 days of ordering. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged piece.

Q. How do I go about ordering something completely custom and unique for my MINI?
A. There are two ways to do a custom order.
   1. You can create an art file on your own and submit it. We prefer a vector file or the biggest file you can create. This makes the finished product have the best quality. There is usually a customization fee (up and above the cost of the graphic) in this to take what you created and adapt it into the format that we would need for printing, cutting and laminating your design.
   2. We can take your direction and create something for you. This usually involves an additional custom art fee (up and above the cost of the graphic) depending on the complexity of the design. We have many highly skilled and trained vehicle graphic artists and designers.

Q. How much longer do unique orders take?
A. All custom pieces will have mock ups along the way that would require your final approval before we print. This approval is so you know exactly what you will receive and to ensure you are completely satisfied! Once the art is approved the standard production and shipping times apply. 5-10 days for production and 3-5 days for shipping.

Q. I want to design the Mini or Part myself can you provide me with a template?
A. If you would like a drawn your own MINI we can have the templates e-mailed to you. Please call or e-mail us your car info with your request and we will send you the proper template so you can draw or have your own artist draw the MINI of your dreams.
